Prepare green beans
 

Ingredients: 400 grams of green beans, 2 medium tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, bell pepper, small onion, carrot, 2 bay leaves, salt, peppercorns, olive oil.

Preparation:

Chop the beans coarsely or finely as desired, put in a deep frying pan, cover with water, put peppercorns and bay leaves and leave on the fire until the water boils almost to the end. Reduce heat and add coarsely chopped carrots, garlic, tomatoes, and finely chopped peppers and onions to the skillet. Add oil, cover and leave to simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt to taste a couple of minutes before cooking.
