Plyometric push-UPS — technique exercises:

  1. Lie on the floor face down, hands about shoulder-width apart.
  2. Stand up, holding the weight of the body on the hands and feet. By performing this movement, the body keep straight. Elbows should be fully extended. This will be your starting position.
  3. Lower body to floor by bending elbows.
  4. In the lower position dramatically straighten your elbows, pushing away from the floor. Try to push your hands off the ground.
  5. Return to starting position and repeat the exercise.
  6. To increase the difficulty try the exercise, making the clapping hands in the air.
