Ingredients:

dry mushrooms – 50g;

pasta – 500g;

egg – 1 – 2 pcs.;

vegetable oil – 2 st. l .;

onion, pepper; crackers. dry mushrooms – 50g;

Preparation:

Soak dry mushrooms, finely chop, fry in oil and mix with

fried onion, pepper, salt. Boil pasta, spread

in an even layer on a greased frying pan and pour over a raw egg. On the

pasta put the minced mushroom and on top another layer of pasta, sprinkle

breadcrumbs, drizzle with oil and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
