Fry the peeled and finely chopped onion until golden brown in highly heated oil, add mushrooms, salt and pepper, mix everything, reduce heat to low and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Pour in the cream, cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for a few more minutes. While the creamy sauce with mushrooms is being prepared, put a saucepan with salted hot water on the fire, bring to a boil and boil the pasta.

Throw the cooked pasta in a colander, let the water drain. Place the pasta in a skillet with sauce, stir and serve immediately.

To prepare this dish, you will need the following ingredients: – Spaghetti; – 300-350 grams of mushrooms; – 1 small onion; – 2-3 cloves of garlic; – 100 grams of cheese; – 200 milliliters of cream; – 1 bunch of herbs; – salt; – pepper to taste; – vegetable oil.

Chop the onion finely and fry in vegetable oil. Add finely chopped mushrooms, stir, fry over low heat for a few minutes. Grate the cheese on a medium grater, add to the pan, stir, pour in the cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste, cover with a lid. While the sauce is stewing, boil the spaghetti in salted water.

Finely chop the peeled cloves of garlic (or pass through a garlic press) and grind with salt and chopped herbs into a homogeneous gruel. Add to the pan, stir.

In another skillet, fry the finely chopped onion in oil, then add the finely chopped mushrooms. Stir, fry over medium heat until almost cooked, transfer to a frying pan with vegetables, add chopped herbs, stir and cover again.

Throw the pasta boiled in salted water in a colander, then transfer to a pan, stir, remove from heat. Serve immediately.
