Orange weight loss: how to lose weight on turmeric

Take a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of grated ginger root, a teaspoon of liquid honey, 500 ml of water.

Bring the water to a boil. Combine turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and pour boiling water over. Let it brew for about fifteen minutes, strain and add honey. Mix well. Take a glass of drink half an hour before meals.

Infusion with turmeric, milk and honey

Prepare a tablespoon of turmeric, 100 ml boiling water, 150 ml milk.

Pour boiling water over turmeric and let it brew for about twenty minutes. Add milk and honey. Stir well. The drink is recommended to be consumed before bedtime.
