One Foodie week per spring

Spring arrives with gastronomy aboard food trucks

The change of season brings us a new edition of the gastronomic week of Street food, known as de The Foodie Week Viña Albali, that parks again in the capital of Spain.

It arrives today, the 21st until the 26th of March, with an interesting proposal of spring gastronomy, on board the food trucks that will participate in the event.

It is now the 4th edition of Viña Albali Foodie Week, and again it will be the covered space of the transport interchange in Plaza de Castilla, Madrid, the place to enjoy this XNUMXst century gastronomy that is beginning to take shape within the panorama culinary and business Spanish gastronomy.

The time of year is perfect to start enjoying outdoor gastronomy, and as even the meteorological stability is not total, and less so in spring, the fact that the event is in a covered space, surely helps to contribute to its success against the forecasts that are approaching throughout the week.

El gastronomic event is sponsored by the brand of Vino de las bodegas Feliz Solís, Viña Albali, and shares pairing with the new Nescafé brand drinks, known as Azera and the new Coca Cola product, the Aquarius Lives.

Street food with a spring trend

As in the previous editions of the Foodie Week Viña Albali, the food trucks will offer their best culinary version to the visitor, and for the occasion we will be able to taste the specialties of:

  • The Appetizing and its 100% natural “Black Angus” or “Corral” Chicken burgers
  • Mexican land with an interesting proposal of tacos, suckling pigs, chili peppers …
  • Delights and Dreams and their fried salad
  • BarWay, and its Mediterranean cuisine
  • Caminito and the Argentine grills.
  • The Pink Truck full of Crêpes and & Galettes.
  • Gala and its roast beef and Iberian
  • Street Dogs and their puppies
  • The Big Hammock and his harepas
  • Kombeat and its homemade vermouth, among others …
