Mushroom spawn

Preparation:

Stew mushrooms in their own juice until it evaporates. Then they are fine

chop or pass through a meat grinder, mix with chopped onions,

lightly fried in vegetable oil, salt, season finely

chopped green onions, peppers, table vinegar.
