Mushroom salad in wine sauce

Preparation:

Select strong young champignons (raincoats), rinse,

cut into small pieces, put in an enamel pan,

pour wine, add salt, pepper and simmer with a closed lid on

medium heat 10-15 minutes. Wash, peel and grate the carrots

grater, cut tomatoes into slices, chop onion, greens

grind. Mix the products prepared in this way, season

vegetable oil and lemon juice. Put the prepared salad in

salad bowl and garnish with finely chopped dill.
