Dishes cooked in pots are distinguished by excellent taste and ease of preparation. To make the most delicious cold cuts, you need to take:

– 200 grams of beef; – 200 grams of pork; – 200 grams of chicken fillet; – 100 grams of fresh mushrooms; – 2-3 onions; – 1 carrot; – 1 bell pepper; – 1 pickled cucumber; – 3 large potatoes; – 50 grams cheese; – 50 grams of sour cream; – 50 grams of vegetable oil; – garlic; – pepper; – salt.

Rinse all the meat, dry, cut into medium-sized pieces and fry in a pan in vegetable oil until half cooked. Then put in portioned clay pots, salt and pepper.

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, if you use champignons, then wipe thoroughly with a damp cloth. Then chop finely and place on top of the meat.

Wash and peel the potatoes, bell peppers and carrots. Cut the bell peppers and potatoes into strips, grate the carrots, chop the peeled onion. Place all vegetables in pots in layers. Spread finely chopped pickled cucumber on top. Add sour cream, seasoned with salt, pepper and spices to taste, grated cheese. Pour in some water, cover the pots with lids or foil and place in an oven preheated to a temperature of 200 ° C for 30–40 minutes to bake.

Before serving, sprinkle the cooked cold cuts in a pot with finely chopped garlic and herbs.
