To quench your thirst and fill up on vitamins and fiber, nothing better than a cocktail of fruits or vegetables at aperitif time. Ideal for pregnant women, for those who watch their line and of course for children! They are generally low in calories (between 60 and 120 kcal per glass) and are easily made with a shaker or a blender. Do not hesitate to lengthen the most concentrated and sweeter with water, especially for the little ones. Here are some ideas to make at home (quantities given are for 4 people)

The lightest

Based on vegetables, tea, or sparkling water and low-sugar fruit, they quench your thirst without any risk to the line.

  • Orange. Peel and mix 2 kg of oranges, add 500 g of carrot juice, the juice of one lemon and 2 dashes of cane syrup
  • Tomato. Mix 2 kg of tomatoes. Add a dash of Tabasco and 15 chopped basil leaves. Mix with the juice of a lemon. Accommodate with celery salt.
  • With 3 vegetables. Take a cucumber with 1 kg of tomatoes. After mixing everything, add the peeled lemon and 2 celery stalks. Choose salt and white pepper for seasoning
  • Fruit tea. Beforehand, make your tea (4 teaspoons of black tea) and let it cool. Separately, mix 50 g of raspberries, 50 g of currants, 50 g of blackcurrant. Stir in the juice of a lime and 3 teaspoons of honey. Add the tea
  • Sparkling. Peel 5 oranges and 5 apples. Once these fruits are mixed, add 50 cl of sparkling water (lemonade or Perrier type) with a dash of grenadine syrup.
  • With ginger. Mix 75 g of grated ginger, 2 dashes of cane syrup, 2 limes, 50cl of sparkling water with fine bubbles and Thai mint on a branch (or, failing that, peppermint).

The most vitamin

They allow you to be in good shape thanks to their vitamin C content (citrus fruits, red fruits). Those that contain beta-carotene (orange fruits) give a healthy glow. The richest in antioxidants (grapes, blueberries, etc.) help fight against external aggressions. To consume immediately in a hurry because vitamin C, particularly fragile, deteriorates in the air and in the light.

  • With red berries. Take a tray of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, currants with 3 oranges. Add to the water and mix everything.
  • Half strawberry / half grape. 1 punnet of strawberries, 4 bunches of grapes, 4 apples, the juice of one lemon. Finish by adding two dashes of cane syrup
  • With black fruits. Mix 1 kg of Golden type apples with 2 tubs of blueberries and 1 tub of blackcurrants. Add a dash of grenadine syrup and the juice of one lemon
  • Exotic. Very simple. Reduce 1 kg of oranges, 1 mango and 3 kiwis.

The most energizing

Ideal for athletes for breakfast or for children’s snacks. Prepare in a blender, possibly with a little crushed ice. Today they are called “smoothies”. Very trendy, they consist of a fruit with slightly fibrous flesh such as bananas, mangoes or pineapples, of a fruit with vitamins such as orange, kiwi. Everything should be mixed with milk or yogurt. You can add hazelnuts or cereals as needed.

  • Tropical.Mix 2 bananas, 8 teaspoons of chocolate powder and 2 glasses of coconut milk as well as 3 slices of pineapple.
  • Vitamin.Mix 2 bananas, 4 kiwis, 4 apples with 2 glasses of milk
  • Colorful.2 apples + 1 container of strawberries + 1 container of raspberries + 3 oranges
