This has been scientifically proven by the director of the Psychiatry Department at the famous California Stanford University: one of the best things a man can do for his health is to have a wife, while for a woman the best. one of the things you need to do in order to be healthy is to nurture your relationships with your friends.

According to this eminent specialist, women have different relationships with each other, support systems through which they better manage different stresses and difficulties in life.

From a physical point of view, these good times “between girls” help us to produce more serotonin – a neurotransmitter which helps to fight the depression and which generates a feeling of well-being -. The women

share their feelings while friendships between men often revolve around their activities. It is very rare that they have a good time together to talk

how they feel or how their personal lives unfold. Talk about work? Yes. Sport ? Yes. Of cars ? Yes. Fishing, hunting, golf? Yes. But what are they feeling? Rarely.

Women have always been doing this. We share – from the bottom of our souls – with our sisters / mothers, and apparently this is good for the health.
