Method of preparation

Grind cottage cheese with sugar and softened butter. Add kefir, soda and citric acid. If you have an egg on your farm, beat it into the dough, if not, egg powder will do. Stir and add flour until thick sour cream consistency. Spoon the dough into a hot, oiled frying pan and fry under the lid until browned.
