Japanese bakery makes dog butt buns

It turns out that corgi is a very popular dog breed. This is evidenced by the fact that the bakery Panya (Japan) even dedicated its culinary creation to this breed – buns. Moreover, the bakery did not bake buns in the form of cute dog faces. Quite the opposite.

The bakery presented its customers with cute baked goods in the form of the plump buttocks of corgi dogs. The buns are made with rice flour and are filled with apple jam and custard.

In the oven, the baked goods take on a hue that is very similar to corgi wool. A small tail and dough legs decorated with dark chocolate or food coloring add realism. After the buns have cooled, the bakers will slightly cut them in the center to maximize the anatomical resemblance.

Corgi: what kind of breed

Until 1892, this breed was quite rare. But after they were first shown at the exhibition, they attracted everyone’s attention. And people really paid attention to this breed after the corgi became the favorites of the English queen. In 1933, the Duke of York presented a corgi puppy to his young daughters – Elizabeth, the future Queen Elizabeth II, and Margaret Rose.

And, as we can see, people’s love even reached culinary delights.

Recall that earlier we told why a pudding in the form of a dog was served in a Liverpool restaurant, as well as about a Taiwanese restaurant that included a dog in its menu!
