Recipe 6. Soy dressing

This dressing is made with soy sauce and is suitable for both Asian-style salads and as a marinade for vegetables, chicken or cheese for frying. The most important thing is to let the dressing stand so that the aroma of all the spices is revealed. You can store the dressing in the refrigerator in a tightly closed jar for several days, but keep in mind that if you add hot spices, then over time the dressing will infuse and become sharper.

Soy Dressing Ingredients:

  • Soy sauce – 50 ml.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoon
  • Mustard beans – 2 tablespoons
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1 tablespoon
  • Spices for meat – 1 tablespoon

How to make soy dressing:

Mix spices with oil and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Dissolve the honey in soy sauce, so it will be easier to mix the dressing. Pour all ingredients into a mixing jar. Shake well to emulsify the dressing. If you like spicy dressings, add the chili powder on the tip of a knife before mixing. The dressing also goes well with vegetable spring rolls.
