How to make a cream from condensed milk and cream?

For desserts, creams are often prepared, and boiled condensed milk, in turn, is an ideal cream ingredient. And it is combined with a “related” product – cream.

What you need:

  • 350 ml whipping cream 33%;
  • 50 g of powdered sugar;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • vanillin or vanilla extract.

How to cook

All food must be refrigerated before preparing the cream. For whipping, you need a mixer or whisk. Of all the products, the result will be 650 g of cream.

 

Pour cold cream into a tall saucepan, then beat until thickened. Then add the icing sugar in small portions. Stir for about 3 minutes until thickened. Then add cold condensed milk in a small stream, while not stopping to beat with a mixer. Then mix everything together at high speed for a few more minutes.

It is better to decorate the dessert with cooked cream just before serving. Cream based cream is not as stable as butter cream.
