A week before the New Year

Limit the calorie intake of your usual diet to 500 calories in total per week. Leave only low-fat fish and low-fat dairy products in your refrigerator.

For example, it can be cottage cheese no higher than 2% or 1,5% kefir. You can eat cottage cheese about 200 g per day, and yogurt – about 400 g. Chicken eggs are an excellent source of protein, but I recommend excluding yolks as part of the New Year’s diet, as they are too fatty. Proteins can be made into omelets with vegetables or used in soups.

A substitute for fish can be rabbit, turkey, lean beef, as well as vegetable proteins, that is, legumes: lentils, beans and all soy products. And don’t forget about seafood like squid, shrimp and crabs.

What should you give up on this New Year’s Eve diet? Eliminate alcohol, soda and packaged juices, canned food, and pickles from your menu. Also, take a break from eating foods that are high in animal fat and temporarily forget about foods that are too spicy, too salty, or sugary.

 

Let fresh vegetables, herbs, wholemeal breads, whole grains, vegetables and fresh dairy products take the place of these products. Do not forget about nuts and dried fruits as snacks (). And since it’s winter in the yard, then the season of hot dishes, including soups, comes.

In this “dietary” week, you can spend 1 fasting day. According to this principle: for the whole day you will need 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese and 500 g of 1,5% kefir. Eat 100 g every hour, alternating cottage cheese with kefir.

And do not forget to drink water throughout the day: still, bottled, at the rate of 30 g of water per 1 kg of weight. A very satisfying and healthy day for body shaping.

A few days before the New Year

On December 29, 30 and 31, limit yourself to fish, eggs and cottage cheese. Focus on vegetables: fresh and boiled, in soups and salads. Of course, fruits are also useful, especially citrus fruits. Grapefruits, oranges, lemons, pomelo detoxify the body at the cellular level. By including freshly squeezed citrus juice () in your morning diet, you will receive a tremendous boost of energy and excellent cleansing.

To speed up the detoxification process of the body, drink enough fluids and spend at least one day of these three in a sauna or steam bath.
