Pour the unpeeled peanuts into a dry skillet and fry over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid burning. When the husk dries up and begins to crack, then the peanuts are ready. Remove the skillet from the heat and peel the peanuts.

How to cook salted peanuts

 

Fry the peanuts in a frying pan and peel them, then fields with a solution prepared from a dissolved pinch of salt in one teaspoon of water. Fry for another 5 minutes, until the water has completely evaporated.

How to cook sweet peanuts

Take 250 grams of roasted peanuts, 250 grams of sugar, 50 grams of butter, and 80 milliliters of water. Boil the syrup: add sugar with water, add butter and cook for 10 minutes. Pour the roasted and peeled peanuts into a frying pan and pour the syrup, fry until the peanuts are soaked in syrup and covered with a sugar crust – this is about 5 minutes.
