How to cook condensed goat milk?

- Goat milk – 1 liter
- Heavy Bottom Casserole
- 1,5 cups sugar – 300 grams
- 1/4 tsp soda – so that no grains form if milk has high acidity
Mix baking soda with milk in a thick-walled saucepan and put on fire – the fire must be strong so that the milk evaporates intensively. After that, add sugar and slowly stir until golden brown and thick – depending on the fat content of the milk and the quality of sugar, this is 1-1,5 hours. In the last 10 minutes of boiling, when the milk thickens, it is important to constantly stir it vigorously so that it does not burn. To enhance and diversify the taste of condensed milk, add cocoa powder.
