Eat small meals more than three times a day.
Eat only when you are hungry.

Do not drink water with meals to prevent dilution of digestive enzymes. Avoid foods that cause irritation: processed foods, deep-fried foods, carbonated drinks, alcohol, legumes, citrus fruits, spicy foods.
