I have never been overweight. On the contrary, as a child, she did not like to eat so much that she was very thin. I remember how at school I envied the stronger classmates, put on two pairs of tights at once to be like them.

I have no problems with the figure, but this is not a reason not to play sports. I believe that fitness, cardio training, dancing are not only good for the body, but also develop endurance. And this is very important, especially in a city like Moscow. The main thing is that the classes are regular. Due to filming in several projects, I could not get to the gym for a long time. I know from myself what kind of work it is to force myself to re-enter the rhythm. Now I do dance, do strength exercises and dream of trying yoga.

Keep the beauty from within

My day starts off with something sweet. I can’t live without chocolates and other goodies. I only allow myself them for breakfast. I do not always have time to fully dine. Sandwich and coffee are my standard snack. At dinner I try not to overeat, I choose hearty dishes – salads, fish. What I always have time to do is drink water. In the big city and especially in autumn, the delicate female skin suffers from dehydration. I taught myself to drink. I even installed a special application on my iPhone. Now I know that if I drank coffee, then I quenched my thirst, but I deprived myself of water, and soon the application will remind me that it needs to be replenished urgently.

A large amount of makeup is a cost of an actress. Sometimes I don’t part with makeup for 12 hours a day. Therefore, once a month I definitely go to the beautician and do nourishing and regenerating masks. For home care I use creams and lotions made by my beautician. On her advice, I stopped washing my face with ordinary tap water. Every morning I open a bottle of still mineral water and wash my face. The effect is amazing. If tap water dries out the skin, mineral water saturates it with energy and makes it radiant.

My protection against wind and cold is a banana and olive oil mask. I learned about this wonderful remedy from a friend. To prepare it is simple – mix equal proportions of banana and butter, apply the mask before breakfast and wash off when finished eating. The feeling of tightness will disappear.

This summer I was vacationing in Greece. There is a huge selection of spa treatments. As a true sweet tooth, I, of course, decided to try the chocolate wrap. I was satisfied with both the process and the result, but I realized that if you go to the spa, you need to do it regularly, otherwise it makes no sense. Therefore, I came up with my own relaxation program – after doing sports, I swim in the pool, and then I go to the sauna. From cosmetics I take only honey with me. I use it as a face mask and scrub. Why honey? Probably because I was born in Bashkiria, and our republic is famous for its honey.

I always have mascara, blush, foundation and chapstick in my makeup bag. I don’t use powder in autumn and don’t recommend it, it dries the skin. On the set, like any actress, they make up me so that there is no glare in the frame. Therefore, in everyday life, I prefer a light make-up – only mascara and blush. I’m not one of those who use the same products and brands all the time. I love buying new items, especially abroad, because there you can buy something that is not in Moscow. I was recently in London, went to a store and bought a pigment pencil. It is two in one: blush and lipstick. Just a super tool. It saves me when I need to quickly freshen up, and there are only a couple of minutes left.
