Homemade oatmeal cookies

Ingredients: half a small pear-shaped gourd, 4-5 tablespoons of honey or a teaspoon of steviziod, half a cup of walnuts, half a cup of raisins, half a cup of dried apricots, 2 cups of oatmeal, 4 tablespoons of buckwheat flour, 5 tablespoons of coconut oil

Making homemade oatmeal cookies:

Peel the pumpkin from skin and seeds, cut into small cubes and fry in coconut oil for 10 minutes to soften the pumpkin and give juice. Pour the finished pumpkin into a deep bowl. Rinse and grind raisins, dried apricots and nuts and stir in pumpkin. Add honey, flour, coconut oil, and oatmeal. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands.

Spread the foil on a baking sheet, brush with coconut oil and spoon the “dough” on it, which will soon turn into delicious homemade oatmeal cookies. Place in an oven preheated to 180C for 20-30 minutes.
