Homemade tarragon

Tarragon is the drink of my childhood. When I was little, I was taken by plane to Baku, the city where my dad was born, and on the plane I tasted tarragon for the first time. Since then, I have long called it “green water from the plane” and loved it sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo love him. A huge number of different tarragons are now sold, which now I do not drink due to the presence of harmful ingredients (sweeteners, dyes, acidity regulators, preservatives, flavors). But I know how to make homemade tarragon, which is much tastier and, of course, healthier than the industrially produced one. By the way, tarragon, the herb from which the drink is prepared, has a lot of useful properties: it has a positive effect on the stomach, improves sleep, normalizes the menstrual cycle, improves appetite, and significantly reduces various inflammatory processes.

Here is a recipe for homemade tarragon:

Ingredients: a large bunch of tarragon, two tablespoons of organic honey or half a teaspoon of stevisiod, ice, half a glass of drinking water, 0,75 – 1 liter of drinking natural soda water, 2 limes or lemons.

Cooking homemade tarragon:

Rinse the tarragon, chop coarsely, put in a blender, fill with water. Grind with a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve, discard the dry residue, and add honey (or stevisiod) and lime or lemon juice to the tarragon concentrate. Dilute with sparkling water to your desired concentration. Add ice before serving. And that’s it, our homemade tarragon is ready to eat!
