Healthy sweets

Why not treat yourself to a delicious and healthy lemon marmalade this holiday season, if you can indulge? So, the recipe!

You will need:

  • 5 lemons;
  • 50 grams of gelatin;
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet vinegar;
  • 1 teaspoon of honey;
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1 a teaspoon of sugar.

Grate 1 tablespoon of lemon zest, and then squeeze the juice from the lemons (350 ml of lemon juice is needed). Bring the resulting juice with zest over a fire to a boil, keep on a weak window for about 5 minutes. Then strain the juice, add gelatin, vinegar, honey and stevia, and mix well. After the liquid has cooled, pour it into a rectangular container covered with baking paper.

Put the form with marmalade in the refrigerator for 10 hours. The frozen marmalade will need to be removed from the mold, cut into small squares with a knife and rolled in sugar (it will be tastier, but less healthy)! Happy tea!
