Healthy chocolate desserts, so you can enjoy without skipping the diet

  • 40 g of pure cocoa powder
  • 160 g of oat, almond or other vegetarian milk
  • A pinch of vanilla extract
  • Hazelnuts
  • Ounces of Dark Chocolate (+ 70%)

Of course, You can substitute oat milk for cow’s milk, although in that case it would cease to be a vegetarian dessert.

Crafting

To prepare it, you just have to prepare the avocados, removing the bone and chopping them. Then add them to the blender along with the honey, cocoa and milk. Lastly, add the vanilla extract. Serve it adding some dark chocolate shavings as toppings along with the hazelnuts and enjoy.

2. Light chocolate curd

The second dessert that we present to chocolate lovers will be ready in less than 10 minutes, and you will only need:

  • 900 g semi skimmed milk
  • 40 g of cocoa. Minimum 80%, although the higher the percentage of cocoa, the healthier it will be and without sugar
  • A sweetener to suit the chef
  • 2 envelopes of Royal curd

Crafting

Put ¾ parts of the milk in a saucepan and pour the cocoa powder and saccharin into it. The rest of the milk can be left in a glass. Heat the saucepan over medium-high heat until boiling (you must stir the saucepan).

In the glass of milk, add the curd envelopes and beat until dissolved.

Next, once the milk boils from the saucepan, remove it from the heat and add the milk with the curd. Again, put the saucepan back on the fire until it boils (while stirring), and once it comes to a boil, remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir it for a minute and put it on the fire again.

And this time yes, when it comes to a boil, remove the saucepan from the heat, stir it and distribute it among the diners.

3. Dates dipped in raw chocolate

We finished with this dessert for which you will only need 3 ingredients, so we can say that this is as simple to prepare as it is delicious. Its ingredients are:

  • 20 medjool dates
  • 10 walnuts
  • 200g of dark raw chocolate

Crafting

Heat water in a saucepan and meanwhile begin to chop the chocolate, placing it in a bowl. Without letting the water come to a boil, melt the chocolate in a steam bath and place it in a mug, so that later you can wet the dates and cover them with chocolate.

Once it has “half melted” (it should be creamy, but not melted), cut the dates in half, removing the bone, and insert these in the middle of a walnut and then cover a baking tray with the baking paper. .

To finish, cover the dates with chocolate so that it crystallizes quickly. To do this, prick the dates with a fork and insert them (one by one) into the cup of chocolate.
