Hangover cure: invaluable experience around the world

There are many ways to clean up after the last party. Someone likes a hot broth, someone a cool pickle, and someone just prefers to sleep well. Here is a rating of dishes that can relieve hangover, which are used to save themselves in different countries of the world.

Canada

Canadians wake up with the thought of the famous local fast food poutine, which is french fries with young pickled cheese and sweet gravy. The preferred drink is the Bloody Caesar cocktail. Its ingredients are vodka, tomato juice, clam broth and Worcester sauce.

Norway

Norwegians prefer to drink a glass of milk or heavy cream on an empty stomach in the morning. From food they use lefse with rakfisk – trout with onions and sour cream in potato lavash.

 

France

Ireland

The Irish drink 2 raw eggs in the morning, hoping to improve their well-being. Who does not like raw eggs, eat scrambled eggs and cheese and washed down with ginger ale or ginger tea. Tea is served with crackers or toasted toast. Also popular in Ireland is pickle with pickled cucumbers.

Italy

Italians drink strong coffee with a banana after a bite – caffeine and potassium can work wonders and bring a person back to life.

China

The Chinese are hung over with green tea. This tea is drunk in any incomprehensible situation and when you feel unwell. And before the feast itself, it is customary in China to drink a glass of sweet water so that the hops are absorbed more slowly and the consequences in the morning are not so dire.

United Kingdom

A full English breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms and beans will completely rejuvenate and relieve hangovers. The Briton’s quick option is a bacon sandwich and a cup of coffee.

Scotland

The Scots drink the local Irn-Bru soda and eat a Scottish breakfast that includes haggis, the national delicacy of spicy mutton giblets; or a Scottish egg – boiled eggs wrapped in minced meat, fried in breading.

Thailand

Thais eat the traditional spicy and sour soup Tom Yam with king prawns, fish sauce, hot pasta, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, ginger, lime, lemongrass, coconut milk and cilantro. There are also dishes such as drunkard noodles or drunken rice – with added meat, seafood, tofu, bean sprouts, soy sauce, garlic, and local spices.

Japan

For such a case, the Japanese keep sour pickled Japanese plums or apricots.
