Method of preparation

For a side dish, part of the green peas is boiled in their own broth. Cut onions and carrots, sauté, simmer in a small amount of broth until tender, along with the rest of the green peas provided for in the recipe, then rub. The rest of the soup is cooked and dispensed, as in a rec. No. 167.
