Good surgeons of Kazan and Tatarstan, photos, reviews

Some heal the body, others the soul. Surgeons don’t just treat – they save. A life. Health. Beauty.

Someone lies down on the operating table under the scalpel in their hands voluntarily, for someone it is the only chance of survival.

Age 40 years.

Specialization: surgeon at the Helios Medical Aesthetic Center.

– I chose the profession of a surgeon, pursuing exclusively the most noble goals.

There was a case:

– There are many touching and funny stories in my work. But I remember one moment from my childhood, how I treated and bandaged the domestic cat Masya after an accident.

Age 36 years.

Marital status: Is married

Specialization: Plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon of the multidisciplinary clinic “AVA-KAZAN”

– My parents are doctors too. Mom is a therapist and dad is a plastic surgeon. Therefore, since childhood, I had no other profession for myself. And as a teenager, at the age of 14, I realized that, like my father, I want to become a surgeon.

In my work, I like to do everything to make my patients feel truly happy after the operation. Plastic surgery is a person’s thoughts about beauty, embodied by the hands of a surgeon … I try to understand each patient. See how he or she sees himself. After that, only technical questions remain.

There was a case …

– The story that I remember for the rest of my life happened to me in those years when I worked in general surgery. The daily watch is coming to an end. The clock is 07:50. A call from the front desk. It is reported that the diagnosis is “fast” – intestinal obstruction. I’m going down. On the couch is a girl with a height of 190-195, weight 80-85. Very big … Very much. Complains of grasping pains in the abdomen. AND EVERYTHING! Doesn’t say anything else. It should be noted that in addition to her, there are 4 more people in the admission department. This is an ambulance hospital! Who is at the therapist, who is on the ultrasound after my examination. Plus, the end of the shift, you need to submit reports. I look at her belly … I feel something hard with my hands. Assuming that the patient has a volvulus, I quickly refer her to an ultrasound scan. Then the situation is like in the movies. An ultrasound scan is brought in 7 minutes later. It is written: 1 fetus in the uterine cavity. I refer immediately to the gynecologist. He is in the next office. After 2 minutes, the gynecologist shouting: “Antonio, call an ambulance for her childbirth in progress,” flies into the examination room. I dial the maternity hospital, then 03. When asked if she knew that she was pregnant, the girl clearly replies: for the first time he hears about it … An hour later, a boy was born at 4600 grams.

Age 56 years.

Marital status: Is married

Specialization: Plastic and aesthetic surgeon, oncologist of the AVA-Kazan multidisciplinary clinic.

– I became interested in surgery in the third year of the institute. He graduated from the medical faculty and immediately entered the residency. For a long time he worked as an oncologist. Every day I saw how they mutilate, disfigure bodies with operations necessary to save lives. I wanted to help everyone to restore their confidence, to return the lost beauty. I thought a lot about how to do it. As a result, in the 90s I decided to go to plastic surgeons. There is nothing more pleasant than seeing how your patients after surgery and rehabilitation go home happy, beautiful, full of new hopes and plans for the future. At such moments, you feel a bit like a magician.

– There are many patients, and there were many stories with them. But one was especially memorable to me. He is a participant in the Great Patriotic War. A very humble, kind person. We talked a lot with him. And every day the veteran told me stories about how he fought with his comrades, what they had to go through. It was very interesting to me. I listened to him carefully. I still remember him.

Albina Gilyazova. Almetyevsk

Age 39 years.

Marital status: married.

Specialization: Doctor – laser surgeon, ophthalmologist in the medical and sanitary department of JSC TATNEFT.

– I became firmly established with the choice of profession while studying at the institute. Returning eyesight to people is what could be more important and humane in our age of modern technology and progress. After graduating from the institute with honors, she passed an internship in the specialty “ophthalmology” and almost immediately continued her studies at the graduate school of KSMU. The specialty is such that every six months new devices, laser installations, operating systems appear. And the need to improve oneself, to study – in ophthalmology, like in no other specialty, is very important.

There was a case:

Grandmother, 80 years old, before laser eye surgery. Nurse:

– Ebi, the doctor will now clean the film, shoot with a laser, and the eye will see clearly again.

– Okay, daughter, thanks! Can I say goodbye to my relatives?

Little girl, 4 years old. The trash got into the eye. Runs into the department shouting:

– Ah-ah-ah, sukraydym, sukraydym … (I went blind, went blind …) Of course, everything went well, and the joyful girl went home.

Marcel Abdullin. Alekseevsky district

Age 32 year.

Marital status: single.

Specialization: district general practitioner at the Alekseevsk central district hospital.

– Therapy is the branch of medicine that covers the bulk of human diseases. In one way or another, therapy also applies to other clinical disciplines. I chose this specialty for myself in order to more broadly approach the diagnosis and treatment of a patient, which is necessary for working in rural areas, in the absence of highly specialized clinicians and high-tech equipment located nearby.

There was a case:

– Once a call came from a 70-year-old patient with exacerbation of chronic bronchitis. Came to the call. It turned out that not only his chronic illness had worsened. I looked – the man was somehow very depressed, his eyes were full of despair. He carried out all the necessary medical measures and manipulations for the patient. Then I ask: “What else happened?” It turned out that grandfather had a dog bleeding in the yard, which had just cut his leg badly. The called veterinarian was delayed, and the dog was already weakening before our eyes. I had to urgently return to the hospital (fortunately, it was located nearby), to take the necessary surgical instruments, suture material, painkillers. With the help of my grandfather’s relatives, we tied the dog’s front paws, swaddled with a blanket, and I had to stop the blood, give the dog local anesthesia and suture the wound. The dog soon recovered, and his owner looked at me respectfully and thanked me when we met.

Renat Mubarakov. Almetyevsk

Age 36 years.

Marital status: married.

Specialization: neurosurgeon in the medical and sanitary unit of PJSC TATNEFT and the city of Almetyevsk.

– Since childhood, I had a penchant for mathematics and physics, I participated in these subjects in the republican Olympiads. He planned to become an economist in the future. But my father’s illness changed everything when I was 16 years old. Dad was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. He had to undergo two operations and undergo chemotherapy. But the prognosis for malignant neoplasms of the brain is disappointing. It was hard to realize that there was nothing I could do to help him. From that moment on, I decided to go into medicine and become a neurosurgeon to help people with brain diseases.

There was a case:

– It was just recently. An elderly man in serious condition is admitted to the intensive care unit. In coma. An intracranial hematoma was revealed on the CT of the head. Accordingly, an emergency operation to remove the hematoma is indicated. The resuscitator is pre-configured for a long-term patient in the intensive care unit. I successfully operated on the patient and removed the hematoma. Imagine the surprise of all of us the next day, when the patient came out of anesthesia in a clear consciousness and did not particularly complain about anything! The anesthesiologist boasted: “You see, what a magical anesthesia I gave you!” Of course, I agreed with her.

Ekaterina Scriabin. Naberezhnye Chelny

Age 29 years.

Marital status: Single.

Specialization: operating obstetrician-gynecologist at the Kama Children’s Medical Center in Naberezhnye Chelny.

– There is nothing more beautiful than the beating of two hearts (and sometimes three) in one woman. To touch a newly born baby first is an indescribable sensation … I decided to become an obstetrician-gynecologist even before entering the university. I can safely say that I have never regretted choosing my profession.

There was a case:

– Obstetricians-gynecologists every day become participants in the most important event in the life of a family – the birth of a child. We see the tears of joy of women, we hear the cry of babies … – these are the most touching moments in our profession.
