It turns out that in order to lose extra pounds, it is not at all necessary to torment yourself with diets and sports feats. There is a much more comfortable way to lose weight – in a dream.

As shown by the latest scientific research, the one who sleeps naked (that is, without pajamas and nightgowns), kills several “birds with one stone”. The large “experimental” group was divided into two parts: some slept in pajamas, others naked. True, both those and others still covered themselves with blankets.

The result was impressive. Those who went to bed naked at night slept longer than their counterparts in the experiment, dressed in nightgowns and pajamas. In addition, the devices recorded that the first had a much deeper sleep, which means that it was of better quality.

But the most pleasant surprise of the experiment is that nude sleep promotes … weight loss! The fact is that a naked body, in order to warm itself and maintain a normal temperature, spends more energy, which it extracts from its own accumulations, namely from fat mass. This is not a joke: eminent doctors spoke about the benefits of sleeping in Eva’s costume in the program “Living Healthy!”.

Needless to say, nude sleep is perhaps the most budget-friendly way to lose weight: you don’t have to spend money not only on a gym membership and sports equipment, but also on pajamas and nightgowns.

And this method is also good for its versatility, because everyone can apply it in practice. It literally costs nothing, but there will be benefits in any case.
