In case of gluten intolerance or allergy, it is important to identify which foods contain the most in order to be able to avoid them. Gluten is lurking everywhere, including where you least expect it!
Pasta
Pasta is one of the foods to absolutely avoid in case of gluten intolerancebecause they are made from durum wheat, which contains starch and gluten.
It is therefore better to turn in case of intolerance to gluten-free pasta that is more and more easily found on the market (most often in the organic section).
These pastes come from rice and corn flour, sometimes quinoa. Rice flour gives a slightly sticky result while corn flour will give a more compact but brittle pasta.
