French press with barbell on a sloping bench technique of implementation of exercise:

  1. Take the barbell reverse grip (palms facing down). Brush a little narrower than shoulder width.
  2. Lie on the decline bench, the back of which is at an angle between 45 and 75 degrees.
  3. Straighten your arms up, elbows turned inward, the bar over his head. This will be your initial position.
  4. On the inhale slowly lower the barbell back behind your head in a semicircular trajectory. Continue until the forearm touches the bicep. Hint: part of the arm from shoulder to elbow stationary and close to your head. The movement is only the forearm.
  5. On the exhale, return the rod to its original position, straightening the arms.
  6. Complete the required number of repetitions.

Variations: you can perform this exercise using an EZ-bar, dumbbells (using bronirovannyj or spinaroonie grip), seated or standing with two dumbbells, keeping your palms facing the torso.
