10 drinks to help fight a cold

2 tbsp lemon zest

2 tbsp. spoons of orange peel

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger


Method of preparation


Pour juice and water into a saucepan. Peel the apple and cut it into small pieces. Pour all the ingredients into the juice and put on low heat. Heat until boiling, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve hot. It is better to drink at night, so that you can immediately go to bed, and put a warm heating pad in your legs. Chamomile tea. Chamomile is a mild anti-inflammatory agent.
