1. Good sleep

First of all, we will advise you to sleep well. Sleep is the best ally during the review period. You should allow yourself nights of 7 to 8 hours. You will feel like you are wasting review time, but after a certain hour the neurons are too tired to register anything.

2. Take vitamins

Before a test, some vitamins can be very effective. We will therefore recommend that you consume foods rich in vitamins C, but also in B vitamins that are great for the brain. It is found in egg yolks, spinach or even cereals. Also consider foods rich in magnesium such as dark chocolate or dried fruits, as magnesium helps concentration.

3. Rediscover omega-3s

Omega-3s are also very important for optimize your memory. You will find it in red meat, fish, especially cod liver, linseed oil, or even nuts. You can also consume omega-3s in the form of food supplements. Their efficiency is formidable.

4. Physical activity

Revising intensely is exhausting for the brain, which is why it is essential to go and ventilate the mind at least once a day. Sport will also allow you to release tension and accumulated stress. After a good shower, your brain will again be available to store up knowledge.

5. Avoid drugs

Unless your doctor tells you to, drugs are not needed before a test. Self-medication is never recommended, because if you react badly to certain treatments, it could affect your concentration. To avoid panic on the day of the test, you can turn to homeopathy: 3 granules of Gelsemium 9 CH in the evening, one hour after dinner, and one dose in the morning, a quarter of an hour before breakfast .

6. Avoid alcohol and drugs

7. Allow yourself silent breaks

9. Don’t wait until the last minute to revise

To pass an exam and arrive calmly in front of your copy or examiner on the day of the test, you have to work all year. You will never be able to assimilate the knowledge of a year in just one week. For better memorization, do not hesitate to record yourself or to recite your lessons aloud.

10. Prepare your things the day before

Finally, to be calm on the day of the exam, remember to prepare your business the day before. You may want to keep a few index cards handy, but your bag and even your clothes should be ready. This will save you precious minutes.
