Emergency numbers for the whole family

General emergencies

  • Fire brigade: 18 (the number to report an accident, fire, gas leak, burn, etc.)
  • Police: 17 (to be dialed to report an offense, an assault, a theft … Depending on the municipality, you will be directed to the gendarmerie or the national police)
  • Samu: 15 (a number that allows you to obtain the intervention of a medical team, just like SOS Doctors reachable at 3624)
  • European emergency number: 112 (from a mobile phone, this number works wherever you are in Europe)
  • Rescue at sea: also 112
  • Pharmacies on duty: to find the nearest open pharmacy to you, contact the fire department or the gendarmerie.

Consulting : An accident quickly occurred. To avoid panic when calling for help, already program 15 or 18 on your phone, then color or mark the button with a mini post-it so that even the youngest can find it.   • Le  emergency physiotherapy service (SUK) is available 24 hours a day  au +0 811 14 22 00.
  • En  Aquitaine region, you can reach the physiotherapists on call at 0820 825 600 (Friday, Saturday and the eve of public holidays from 8 a.m. to 20 p.m., Sunday and public holidays from 8 a.m. to 18 p.m.).
  • En  Lyon, contact the respiratory coordination of the agglomeration of Lyon (CORAL) at  0821 23 12 12 (7/7 from 9 a.m. to 20 p.m.).
