Dress and keep style during pregnancy.

Pregnancy: how to stay trendy?

1. Focus on comfort without sacrificing style

Maternity should not force you to give up your rock, bohemian, chic style … You have to dare the colors, the graphic prints, the necklines … A well-dressed pregnant woman makes an impression, we remember.

2. Accessorize!

Accessories are perfect for structuring an outfit and avoiding the “block” effect: a belt to highlight the neckline, a printed scarf to revive a good basic, a large necklace to bring a glam touch to a plain dress … immediately pep up a silhouette.

3. Uncover your legs

Naked, with tights or molded into skinny (pregnancy) jeans, they are necessarily thinner than the rest of the body. Pregnant, wearing dresses is a real pleasure, whether for comfort, fluidity and lightness!

4. Tame the volumes

In general, and more particularly when you are pregnant, it is preferable avoid the total XXL look. When we favor a loose top, then we put on a bottom close to the body, and vice versa. For example a loose top associated with slim pregnancy jeans, or a fitted top with flared pants. Here again, a pretty belt can radically change a somewhat basic dress.

5. Dare the cleavage!

This neckline that everyone dreams of, it must be pampered! The skin of a pregnant woman is very beautiful but fragile, so it is important to invest in good pregnancy bras. They will accompany for nine months and give a much nicer support that will change everything to your figure.

6. Choose the right shoes

The choice is considerably restricted during pregnancy, because weight gain has an impact on the center of gravity and therefore on stability. In addition, water retention can be accentuated by wearing heels that are too high. Flat shoes aren’t ideal either. We therefore prefer shoes with a small, very stable heel. You can also opt for derbies or brogues for a feminine-masculine look. And for winter, boots and ankle boots.
