After all, there are much more advantages from an animal in the house than disadvantages.
Toxoplasmosis is easy enough to avoid if you follow the precautions: clean the cat litter box with gloves and wash your hands thoroughly. We will not even comment on superstitions. There are too many examples of the most tender friendship between a newborn and a cat – cats sometimes even protect babies like their own kittens.
