Culinary Action arrives in Madrid

Culinary Action for Chefs is celebrated in Madrid as one of the reference gastronomy events

Next Monday October 13 is the day chosen for the event – workshop that will stage the success stories of hoteliers and chefs who have undertaken business ventures in recent years.

They themselves will be in charge of presenting their achievements and failures, if there had been any, as learning and experience of overcoming.

Thus cooks, chefs, businessmen, hoteliers after all, will tell their experiences as true business managers of gastro and catering businesses, with the difficult circumstances experienced in recent business years.

The initiative of this day is in charge of the Laureate University of Gastronomic Sciences from Donosti, known as BBC (Basque Culinary Center), which already treasures an experience in these samples of “Culinary Action” as we were able to witness at the beginning of the year in the city of San Sebastian, headquarters of this first day.

Now it comes to Madrid that in twenty-minute lectures they will give us an economic business vision of the entrepreneurial actions carried out by the participating chefs and cooks.

At the same time round tables of debate will be held, where six of the teachers who can talk about current success of restoration or gastronomic concept, being able to draw conclusions and present new business management models related to the hotel industry, consumption and production trends, and perspectives social related to “Foodtrens”

The information portal on trends and news in the gastronomic sector, Gastroeconomy, founded and directed by Marta Fernández Guadaño, has collaborated in the realization of the conference with the Basque Culinary Center to bring their experiences to all professionals and curious people in the sector so that they can serve as advice, reflection and a driving force for new potential entrepreneurs who will surely leave their rooms on Monday.

The market needs momentum and what better way to motivate it, generating trend, avant-garde and experience in a single Forum.
