Ingredients Cream mocha

water 0.5 (grain glass)
instant coffee 5.0 (teaspoon)
edible gelatin 10.0 (gram)
chicken yolk 1.0 (piece)
sugar 0.5 (grain glass)
cream 1.0 (grain glass)
walnut 2.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Pour gelatin with cold water and let it swell. Pour boiling water over the coffee. Stir swollen gelatin, sugar and yolk in hot liquid, cool. Add thickening coffee cream and chopped nuts to the whipped cream.
