Cough left? Cook eggnog

Does your cough persist after ARVI? There is a good folk remedy that relieves all symptoms after just a few uses. It also helps with coughs caused by laryngitis, bronchitis and other diseases.

This is a familiar eggnog, but with the right antitussive ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass. Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 PC. Egg yolk
  • ¼ tsp Soda.

Preparation:

1. Pour hot boiled milk into a glass (but not boiling water, otherwise honey will lose all its beneficial properties), add one tablespoon of natural honey and mix well.

2. After the honey has melted, send a tablespoon of soft butter into the milk (it is better to get it out of the refrigerator in advance, about 30 minutes before cooking).

3. Stir everything well.

4. Separate the white from the yolk of a fresh chicken egg. We do not need protein in this recipe, but transfer the yolk to a bowl and shake it with a fork.

5. Pour the egg mixture into a glass of milk, stirring immediately until smooth with a fork.

6. Add a pinch of baking soda (about a quarter of a teaspoon).

7. Mix everything well and immediately give a drink to someone who is sick.

8. If the cough is already running and the mixture did not help the first time (or helped, but not completely), then the procedure can be repeated after 6-8 hours. To completely get rid of cough, starting from the second day, take the mixture twice a day: in the morning and in the evening.
