CAKE

3zheltka/2l corn flour/2l protein / baking powder-mix everything, in a separate cup, whisk 6 proteins into a foam, add a little salt.

All this is mixed and put in the oven for 40 minutes.

CREAM FILLING

Soft cottage cheese 300g/kefir 1% – 30ml/vanillin/you can add different yogurts,various nuts,fruits, jams,at your discretion .

When the cake is ready, we take it out and let it cool down a little, cut it into several layers and cover all the cakes with our cream filling

In the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
