Losing weight up to 8 kg in 13 days.

The average daily calorie content is 610 Kcal.

The corrective diet lasts 13 days. It is great for quick body correction up to 8 kilograms (naturally, to the smaller side). The rules of this diet do not require significant food deprivation from you. An additional advantage of the technique is the correction of metabolism and the prevention of its disorders.

Corrective diet requirements

According to the recommendations of the corrective diet, you need to eat three times a day at approximately regular intervals. Snacks are now strictly prohibited. The first meal of the day is light. Typically, breakfast should consist of no sweetened coffee or tea and a small rye or whole grain bread. Try to have dinner no later than 19-20 hours. And if you go to bed very late, eat at least 3 hours before your night’s rest. The basis of the diet is low-fat pork steaks, boiled chicken eggs, vegetables and fruits. Most portions are not clearly indicated. You will need to determine them yourself, taking into account your own needs and appetite. It is also important to drink enough clean water. Drinks containing alcohol must not be consumed.

It is very desirable, even mandatory, to engage in physical education. Morning exercises, jogging in the fresh air, massages will surely make the fruits of your dietary efforts more visible and beautiful.

A corrective diet will allow you to lose weight significantly. But in order to preserve the result obtained, it is very important to get out of it correctly and smoothly integrate into the post-dietary life. Firstly, do not forget about the drinking regime in the future, drink 1,5-2 liters of still water daily. Hot drinks, compotes, fresh juices and other liquids that you love, try to drink mostly sugar-free. It is also worth limiting sugar consumption in meals. It is much more useful for the figure and health – add a little natural honey or jam to drinks or cereals. Gradually increase your serving sizes and calories. If you’re comfortable, switch to fractional meals. Focus on low-fat, healthy proteins and complex carbohydrates in the menu. Take the fats the body needs from vegetable oil, oily fish and various nuts. Eat the most high-calorie foods (in particular, sweets and white flour products), if desired, eat in the morning.

Reapplying a corrective diet

The course of the corrective diet can be repeated 3-4 weeks after its completion. A longer pause is even better for the body, it will allow it to recover as much as possible.
