The ingredients are mixed and mixed. The drink is consumed in the evenings before bedtime, then in the morning there is a natural emptying, which cleanses the body. The course of treatment is determined individually, but it is advised to take the remedy no more than once every 3 days. As a rule, 2-3 times is enough.

To enhance the effect, it is useful to eat a salad of fresh cabbage, an apple or a clove of garlic in the morning.

Pay attention! Kefir, even in its pure form, is a very useful product. It contains calcium, which prevents excessive, abnormal overgrowth of colon cells. This is especially true for women, because endometriosis of the colon, and this is what the disease is called, is more often a secondary pathology that develops after endometriosis of the uterus. It can manifest itself up to 40 – 45 years.

 

Yogurt has similar properties. By the way, to achieve the maximum result, fruits and berries should be added to fermented milk foods.

Kissel from prunes

The mild laxative effect is the main advantage of this drink. For this action to occur, you must take:

  • Prunes – 0,5 kg;
  • buckthorn bark – 50 g;
  • Holosas – 1 bottle. (syrup, which is in the pharmacy).

Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, put prunes and bark here. Then the container is placed over medium heat to bring the mixture to a boil. When it boils, reduce the heat to a minimum, leaving the pan on it for another 30 minutes. Then they are removed from the heat, filtered, the thick is squeezed through cheesecloth. Kissel is cooled, syrup is poured into it, mixed. Store in glass in the cold.

 

Drink 100 ml 2 hours after dinner before bedtime.

Prune and dried apricot cleanser

In some sources it is also referred to under the name “Broom”, and all thanks to the expressed cleansing property.

To prepare it, take:

 
  • dried fruits – 300 g (prunes, raisins, dried apricots, 100 g of each product);
  • olive oil – 50 ml;
  • Honey – 50 g;
  • dried dioecious nettle – 100 g.

Dried fruits with nettles are ground in a meat grinder and then mixed with honey and vegetable oil. Store the mixture in glass in the cold, and take it daily for 30 days. The recommended volume is 2 – 3 tbsp. l., eaten at night and washed down with warm water.

Upon completion of the course, you should take a break for 6 months, after which the procedure can be repeated. By the way, the product is great for losing weight. For those wishing to notice a similar effect, it is important to ensure that dinner is light and timely – no later than 4 – 5 hours before bedtime.

Peeling with beetroot and beet juice

Beets are a storehouse of vitamins and an excellent laxative product. The easiest way to cleanse it is by drinking its juice. For its preparation, take 1 kg of root crops. The juice is diluted with water in a 1: 2 ratio. If desired, salt and drink the entire portion during the day. Few people know that it not only weakens, but also reduces appetite, making an ordinary day even unloading.

By the way, there is no need to throw away the cake that remained after the juice production. It is better to dry it in the oven, put it in a glass jar and close it tightly with a lid. It is recommended to take it in 1 tbsp. l. half an hour before meals. The course is determined by the amount of cake: as soon as it ends, you can interrupt the cleaning procedure for 2 months, after which everything is allowed to be repeated. The cake should be stored in the refrigerator.

By the way, there is a simpler option: boil 2 medium-sized beets, peel them, chop, salt and sprinkle with your favorite vegetable oil. Consume in the evenings instead of dinner. The main thing is not every day, but only when it becomes necessary to unload.

Milk whey cleaning

To prepare it you will need:

  • kefir – 1,5 l;
  • greens, non-starchy vegetables – to taste.

As such vegetables and herbs, you can use parsley, dill, cabbage, parsnips, onions, celery, radishes, or carrots. You don’t need everything, only what you like more. Kefir is poured into a saucepan (non-metallic), which is then placed in a water bath over very low heat. Selected vegetables and herbs are crushed, and when kefir begins to transform into cottage cheese, they fall asleep to it. Leave for 10 minutes, then remove from the water bath and decant through cheesecloth. Drink 20 minutes before meals. Cottage cheese, if desired, is also eaten.

Cleansing with porridges

All cereals are incredibly useful, because thanks to the fiber they contain, they perfectly cleanse the body. But there are those among them that allow you to achieve the desired effect faster. It’s about rice and oats.

To prepare the most useful porridge in this case, you should take both ingredients 0,5 tbsp each. each, rinse them and boil in 2,5 tbsp. water until thickened. Eat a dish without oil. True, salt is allowed to taste.

Fresh juice cleaning

The essence of the method is already in the name. You need to take fruit, most importantly unsweetened, and a little sour. It can be citrus fruits, apples, plums, but some berries are also suitable – cherries, for example. According to this method of cleansing, every 60 minutes you need to drink 1 tbsp. juice. The course is 1 day, but on this day it is not recommended to eat or drink anything else. You can “clean” in this way no more than once every two weeks.
