 Train effectively

Like many mothers, Stéphanie is always speedy and must find a way to juggle her work, transport, children, her husband and… sport! So for this 3rd month of coaching, I prepared a hyper effective training plan for him, targeting thighs, abs and glutes. In 30 minutes max top chrono, to be able to integrate it into an already busy schedule.
