Walking Baker Street
Participants of the competition went on an excursion to the residential complex.
Mothers with many children were able to see for themselves: – a residential complex, friendly to families with children. Everything here has been created to make life in the neighborhood bright and safe.
Residential buildings built in the English style, lamps like from a movie about Sherlock Holmes, plaques on houses and signs at the entrance to the complex, London benches and red telephone booths create a unique London flavor.
Courtyards in the residential complex “Baker Street” are designed in such a way that they create a cozy closed space with playgrounds, green lawns, flower beds. At the same time, all the courtyards in the complex are closed, access to the territory is only through the gates, which are opened with a special key-tablet, or through a barrier. CCTV cameras are installed everywhere – security is monitored here 24 hours a day!
There is in “Baker Street” and its own embankment with access to the pond. Children will love it: here they can not only walk, but also watch ducks. The embankment is both a place for relaxation with gazebos and sun loungers, and the main venue for celebrations for residents of the complex and its guests. In winter, they decorate a Christmas tree and cheerfully celebrate the New Year, and then arrange Maslenitsa … The next holiday – the Festival of Childhood – will take place on the embankment on June 1, Children’s Day.
