Method of preparation

Beat the boiled potatoes into a homogeneous mass, add egg yolks, salt, pepper and carefully add the whipped whites. Put the mass in a greased, sprinkled with breadcrumbs form, grease the surface with a mixture of sour cream and eggs, put pieces of butter on top. Bake in the oven. Serve with fish, mushroom or meat dishes.
