wheat flour, premium 2.0 (grain glass)
chicken yolk 2.0 (piece)

Method of preparation

Prepare a dough with flour, butter, eggs and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar. Sort the blueberries thoroughly, rinse in cold water, pour over boiling water on a sieve or in a colander, then sprinkle with the remaining granulated sugar. Let stand for 2 hours and bake in the dough.
