Aging is a systemic process that affects everything, including the skin and mucous membranes. There are many classifications of theories of aging, but it is worth noting that this division is conditional.

Aging mechanisms are complex and diverse. With age, the thickness of the epidermis decreases, while the stratum corneum can thicken, causing the skin to become coarser. The ability of cells to renewal progressively decreases, the dermis atrophies, the number of elastic, collagen fibers and intercellular substance, including hyaluronic acid, decreases.

In addition, the fibers undergo dystrophic changes and are located more loosely than at a young age. This leads to a violation of the elasticity (turgor) of the skin, and, as a result, superficial and deep wrinkles appear.

It is important to note that age-related changes do not occur simultaneously. At the age of 25, collagen and elastin fibers actively support the skin. Wrinkles are mostly dynamic, little or no static. At this stage, all changes are reversible. Mesotherapy and biorevitalization are prescribed, as well as preventive doses of botulinum toxin.

At 35, collagen and elastin fibers support the skin well. There are few wrinkles, they are dynamic and static. As a rule, they affect the area around the eyes and the area of the nasolabial folds. Skin aging is insignificant. These changes are usually reversible. Patients are prescribed a course of biorevitalization, botulinum toxin and filling static wrinkles with fillers.

After 45 years, the skin becomes coarser, the appearance of age spots is possible. Wrinkles are dynamic, pronounced, static – deep, skin fading is significant, there is a loss of volumes of soft tissues of the face. The skin becomes coarser, more age spots appear. The process affects all areas of the face, as well as the neck and décolleté.

At this age, an integrated approach to procedures for restoring the structure of the skin is required. Patients need botulinum therapy, replenishment of lost tissue volumes, filling wrinkles with fillers, as well as a course of biorevitalization using REVI, Teosyal Meso Expert, Mesoheal + and others.

At present, new-generation preparations for long-term biorevitalization of the skin, obtained with the use of hyaluronic acid and the antioxidant trehalose, have proven themselves perfectly on the market of cosmetic services.

The use of such drugs allows you to correct wrinkles, improve turgor and increase skin elasticity, stimulate microcirculation and enhance antioxidant protection, which in combination significantly changes the prognosis of aging of the facial skin in patients for the better.

With the introduction of such drugs, additional hydration of the skin is created, elasticity, tone return, the process of natural renewal is stimulated, and the severity of inflammatory manifestations in acne decreases.

Hyaluronic acid, which is part of the preparations, triggers the processes of collagen and elastin synthesis in the body, which leads to skin rejuvenation, as a result of which large wrinkles become much less pronounced, small wrinkles disappear completely, contribute to self-regeneration of the skin, as a result, inflammation is removed, appears natural, healthy complexion.

And trehalose prevents premature aging of skin cells. In addition, trehalose helps to normalize the function of the sebaceous glands, reduces the severity of rosacea and age spots.

Carrying out procedures for contour and volumetric plastics allows you to reduce the severity of wrinkles and folds, as well as replenish the lost volumes of the soft tissues of the face. The use of fillers based on hyaluronic acid is a safe, minimally invasive method without a long rehabilitation period with a good and predictable result.

The filler market is very diverse, for example, Amalain, Reneal and others. They have three types of density, so you can easily choose a filler for correction depending on the thickness of the skin, the severity of wrinkles and folds, as well as to fill the lost tissue volumes. Fillers based on sodium hyaluronate are completely absorbable. They not only replenish lost tissue volumes, but also contribute to the production of their own collagen and elastic fibers.

Thus, cosmetic procedures are used not only for therapy, but also for the prevention of aging. And the sooner patients begin to consult a beautician, the longer they preserve the natural beauty and youthfulness of the skin.
