How to combine beauty treatments: we save time on trips to the beautician

One of the main secrets of glowing and toned skin is, whatever one may say, constant care. And for this it is not necessary to go to a beautician as to work. Today, many treatments can be done in just one visit.

The most interesting thing is that in this way you can not only save your precious time, but also get an additional “bun” – a doubled effect from a successful combination of procedures. Dermatocosmetologist Anna Dal told us about which of the procedures can be combined and which are not worth it.

Absolutely not

It should be noted right away that there are no such cosmetic procedures that would be suitable for all women, without exception. We all have different skin types, different facial structures, and we all age differently too. Therefore, both the procedures themselves and their combinations should be selected strictly individually. This does not apply to peels, massages and other care procedures, as they are suitable for almost everyone, without exception. But when it comes to invasive methods, then you need to be especially careful here. It is forbidden to combine beauty procedures if at least one of them has contraindications – complications and other undesirable phenomena. For example, you cannot combine the photorejuvenation procedure with chemical peels and laser resurfacing, and fractional lifting with biorevitalization.

It is possible and necessary!

And vice versa, it is not only possible to combine some procedures, but also necessary. For example, the combination of mesotherapy and peelings has shown itself to be excellent. Fractional rejuvenation and PRP-plasma perfectly complement each other, stimulating connective tissue cells – fibroblasts. Botulinum toxin injections can be done at the same time with fillers: botulinum toxin relaxes the muscle, and if there are static creases, then fillers help the skin to reduce these creases. Botulinum toxin can also be done with lifting threads and biorevitalization. And lifting threads – with dysport and contour plastics. The fact is that the threads tighten the skin well, but sometimes there is a lack of volume in the area of the lips, chin, cheekbones, cheeks, and lower jaw. And by combining threads and contour plastics, we recreate the architectonics of the face, that is, not only return the oval of the face to its place, but also restore the lost volume.

Express delivery of youth

It takes time to get your facial skin in order, especially if you are visiting the doctor for the first time. He should get to know your skin, make sure there are no allergic reactions and drug intolerance. But it also happens that help is needed right here and now. And then you can resort to express procedures, or, as they are also called, weekend procedures. These are non-invasive methods that do not break the skin and act superficially. These include peels, massages, carboxytherapy, masks with vitamin C that make the skin glow. You can also try hardware techniques such as RF-facelift, Hydra-Fasial, Oxi Jet. All this gives an instant effect and does not require rehabilitation. However, if there is time for rehabilitation, from heavy artillery, I would recommend botulinum toxin injections, threadlifting and contouring. It is this trinity that gives the very “wow-effect” that patients like so much. And all the other procedures, which are done for a long time and in courses, I would leave for the second stage. And, I repeat once again, all of the above drugs are not suitable for everyone, and questions about their use are resolved individually with a personal doctor.
