And today is the turn of two programs: Strong and Sweaty and Fit Tower Advanced.

Program Strong and Sweaty from Kate Frederick

Strong and Sweaty is a series of exercises from Kate Frederick, which will challenge your body. Through this program, Kate ensures quick burning of fat and quality muscle building. You will use several different power techniques for practical and effective work all muscle groups, thus cardio will be enough, too. You will improve the quality body pump fitness and increase stamina. Program Strong and Sweaty are aimed at advanced student, you will need additional equipment.

Training from the program Strong and Sweaty:

1. Boot Camp (45 minutes). This interval aerobic-strength training consists of 6 rounds. Each round includes 4 types of exercises: cardio, lower body, upper body and combined exercises for the entire body. Beeffective work on all muscle groups. Equipment: dumbbells, barbell, step-up platform.

Because the program is Strong and Sweaty in fact included only 5 workouts (minus the Cycling and the press), it is optimal to combine the program with other series of your choice. Program Fit Tower Advanced from Kate Frederick

The Tower Fit program includes Advanced training with special barrym equipment that improves and diversifies your indoor activities. The complex is designed for fat burning and shaping the muscle toned body. This series of training is the Advanced level (advanced), but in General classes are suitable for strong intermediate level with sufficient training experience. The program is very original and effective. If you have already tried many fitness courses from Kate Frederick and want to try something unusual, the Tower Advanced Fit you just fine.
