Pullover with a barbell on a straight bench equipment exercise:

  1. Lie on a straight bench.
  2. Hold the barbell at arm’s length. The hands are slightly flexed at the elbow joint. This will be your initial position.
  3. Holding the arms bent, slowly lower the barbell behind your head. The extreme position is the one moment when you feel tension of muscles of chest. Aim to perform this movement so that the rod was moving as in a circle.
  4. Feeling the tension, along the same path, raise the barbell straight up.
