6 tips for a flat stomach

Are you one of those in search of some simple but formidable tips to find a flat stomach? Here are the most effective tips from our dietitian to help you feel good in your sneakers… and in your swimsuit!

Watch out for: drastic diets that promise mountains and wonders! The pounds accumulated over the rest of the year can no longer evaporate in 2 weeks than with a snap of the fingers! Don’t fall for detox traps before summer or “less 3 kilos in 1 week” type programs!

Good reflexes

1. To find your figure for the summer – and for the rest of the year! – a key word: make way for regularity! Remember that your 2 weeks of leave is nothing compared to the 52 weeks of the year! Our dietician will reassure you by explaining to you that it is more important to keep good eating habits over 50 weeks and to indulge yourself in a less (much) reasonable way during 2 weeks of leave than vice versa.

2. For each of your meals, plan at least 20 minutes, the time necessary for the triggering of the feeling of satiety and chew well to optimize your digestion.

3. If you are one of the people prone to bloating, eat your fresh fruit outside of meals and avoid raw vegetables after 18pm.

4. If you have a swollen belly, consider taking a course of Belloc charcoal that you can easily find in pharmacies without any medical prescription required. Also remember to add baking soda in the cooking water of your food (pasta, rice, legumes, etc.) and add a spoonful of it to a glass of water that you will drink during the meal.

5. Keep calm: stress is indeed the enemy of thinness! So play sports, yoga, meditate, treat yourself to a massage… All the solutions are good for you to relax, especially when the holidays are approaching!

6. Take 5 minutes a day to do the sheathing: do the plank with your back straight, on your forearms, contract your stomach well and stay still for 30 seconds. Increase every day from 5 to 10 seconds until you hold 1 minute!
